MTN ****

MTN South Africa is the most unprofessional cellphone network ever. They are billing me for the contract I know nothing about. Where do I report them? I need to escalate them to the senior powers as I am frustrated and helpless as a citizen of this country and a consumer fir that matter. What they are doing is unfair snd I need justice to prevail. I need my money back with interest.
