MTN ****!

The consultants absolutely refuse to assist me. They do not know how to assist me. Very ***********. I have called 9 times in the last 3 days. Always told my call is being escalated and a supervisor will contact me. That has not happened either.

They completely refuse to refund my money despite me providing proof that I made a purchase.

Their email service is even worse! No replies or attempts to find a solution at all!
