MTN ****

Hi I'm disappointed with MTN last on Monday I took a contract with them ,the consultant made a mistake by putting wrong cell number on my prepaid sim for benefits I call MTN 135 they referred me to back to the shop did go on Wednesday they tell me that they are waiting for an email from head office MTN even now is pillar to post at end of the day MTN they will want their money where else I don't get their benefits how to solve this issue? ***
