MTN ****

When did you stop caring about your customers MTN? Since when is it all about the money? Ive been trying to get assistance from MTN after we've been ****med out of R13500 in a matter of minutes by a *******. You knew about the **** going around. Did you bother to warn your customers - NO. Did you try and assist when we called the call centre during the **** to ask if MTN can help us to stop this **** as we are losing thousands - NO, you said there's nothing you can do, just call the ***** dept. Did the ***** dept respond or assisted at all - NO. It seems like MTN do not give a damn about the customers who stood by you for 21years always paying our bills on time, sticking with MTN even when the other network providers had much better deals and service at some points. Now that we need you, you just turn your back on us and say there is nothing you can do. Where in fact there is plenty you can do you just dont want to.
