MTN ****

I was ****med on the 9th of January. I reported it within a minute. the operator refused to help and stop the ****. I have contacted MTN numerous times, each time I am given an email address which is then blocked so that the complaint cant go through ..... The **** is - a person phones you and says there is someone trying to do a sim swap and you need to put in the otp to stop it. each time you put in the otp they say you were to slow and send another otp - the next thing you are charged 20 000 for purchases made against your number !! BEWARE MTN USERS - MTN aren't doing anything to stop this and there must be collusion inside for this to happen. EVEN THE ***** LINE BOUNCES BACK!!
