Mtn ****

I have been with mtn all my life and recently they have been activating services that I never asked for and charging me for it. Services like caller tunes. When I call their call centre they tell me that there is no way the service was activated automatically which is utter bull as they know exactly that is not true. My mother is also getting these caller tunes without her concerns - my mother is old she hardly play around with her cellphone its impossible for her activate such nonsense on her cellphone. Mtn is ******** their customers and they not taking responsibility even when they are caught. My family and I are leaving this network
