MTN ****!

Mtn sales department, called and offered a 24 months contract, Wifi. To my surprise when i went through the contract i find out , they trying to sign me up an insurance, the contract is a 36 months, they delivered the package, They tried a debit check on my account, i declined it. i never opened the device, i retuned the device on the window period. I received an Irms number. I then emailed the Irms number to mtn, no response. To my surprise, They debited on the 26 of this month.(after declining the debi check)I reversed the debit amount . I wrote to the ombudsman, explaining my predicament no luck, i keep on receiving statements from them, STATING MY CREDIT RECORD WILL BE AFFECTED.
