MTN says they only take debit orders as method of payment!

My husband and I both moved from our payment method being debit order, to paying by eft. Every single month, we have issues with MTN to allocate our payments to our accounts. Today my husband was on the phone with your call centre for almost 2 hours, for you just to tell him that we cannot pay by eft, only debit orders, as you are on a new system now. This is ridiculous!! Such bad service!
