MTN SAYS IT'S "NOT OUR PROBLEM"

My account was handed over to attorneys for collection nearly a year ago. The was an error on MTN's side and they cancelled my debit order without my knowledge. Once I realised that the account had not been paid, I went straight down to my nearest MTN branch and paid the arrears in full and my account hold was lifted. MTN failed to inform the attorneys of my payment and I am still currently black listed with them. I have been trying for 8 months to sort this out and every time I speak to a consultant at the attorneys they tell me to contact MTN and when I contact MTN they tell me to contact the attorneys. I am hitting one brick wall after another. I am absolutely desperate now and I am willing to to anything to sort this out. I am in the process of applying for a small bond for my house and the banks won't grant me a bond while I am black listed by MTN and their attorneys.
