Mtn says I'm acting like a child

Can a consultant say you acting like a child when you go in the store asking for assistance of why you in arrears and he still gives you the wrong number to call, he wants you to call upgrade. I was on the phone for 24min, and I ask Kenny the consultant why didn't he call in cause I'm using my own airtime. He said unfortunately the landline of the store takes airtime as well. When i said I will report him to hello Peter he said for what I said he mustn't act stupid, then he said I'm acting like a child. So I'm acting like a child because I'm using my own airtime calling in because he was unable to assist me. I feel insulted and disgusted by this whole ordeal of MTN.
