MTN saying I have no airtime whereas I actually have and got an urgent matter
So I load airtime to make an urgent call, then it says I have insufficient airtime. I even had to switch my phone off in a bod to correct this but still. Tried calling MTN and there taking so much time ai had to leave them. #MTNURFAILINGUS #UDONTGOTUS

11 Apr 2020, 10:29MTN has still not resolved this issue, So I can call my wife and kids to check uo on them. I am so livid!!!! Im going to make it my aim to close all my accounts with you soon as things get back to normal, this is pathetic and haven’t been your customer for over 5-7 years I am very dissatisfied and nothing with change this! #MTNDNTGOTIS
