MTN saying don't meet the minimum requirements for a contract, what a joke

I have been trying to port a number from vodacom to MTN for the past week now, after following the instructions given by MTN without any luck. My application for a contract was declined saying that I do not meet the minimum requirements. What a joke, I am in senior management and earn a good salary, have a good credit rating and pay my few accounts I have every month. I have no problem with vodacom getting contracts, with std bank on my car and home loans but MTN just say don't meet the min requirements. My reference number for this declined order is ***. Please get back to me , otherwise we will go to social media showing your incompetence and bias.
