MTN say every where you go but this is not true

How long will it take for MTN to just keep there word for every where you go!!!! We live on a farm and since last week we do not have any signal and it is all ways bad but now it is getting ridicules to have no signal for a week how on earth are we suppose to do business. And you can call and send emails no one is getting back to me.
