MTN - Save yourself from this disappointment

So I got a call last year October from a MTN telesales lady to promote a special on a data sim card. After talking for a while, I didn't take the special, but another data simcard with 17GB per month (7GB daytime, 10GB night time), as well as a Huwauei portable modem. I went through to a manager to also confirm the package. In November I have received my stuff and enjoyed it as they gave me free extra data for the first month. By December I checkef the MyMTN app to see if my data is loaded again, to find that I have only received 10GB (5GB daytime, 5GB night time). I immediately contacted support via the app on 04/12/2018. By 06/12/2018 I got a response to ask for all my details, which I gave. I then got transferred to another department who asked me for the same details as well as my contract. It went back and forth with 3 different people asking me the same questions I have already answered. I received a copy of the contract on 07/01/2019,which I then saw was wrong. Going through two people and still getting the wrong package?? My response at this time to them was that they record their calls, so they must pull the recording. I got no response and by 10/01/2019 I have started sending follow up emails. Everytime I get the same copied email to say sorry for the delayed response and we typically respond in 4 business hours (LIES!). My last email to them (after sending a million follow ups) was on 26/01/2019 and still the same copied email is received as a reply. First of all MTN, if your telesales people AND their managers cannot put a contract together correctly as confirmed a few times, why are they even there? Secondly, so I've signed up and are paying for a contract I haven't agreed to and at this stage I am so disappointed in myself for giving MTN a chance.
