MTN Savannah Mall Polokwane

This is my second time reviewing MTN Savanah Mall in Polokwane for their Bad customer service I'm deeply disappointed that after the last ordeal I'd be treated with respect as a customer Once again the consultant, Nonthando or something like that was utterly rude with me, once again MTN Savannah mall comes with the narrative that the account is in arrears where as its not the case, it's been paid EVERY month, last payment was 3rd September & this past Saturday. I'm so tired of MTN accusing customers of not paying yet they do, since lock down started I've paid online and emailed the P. O. P to the email address which is apparently the person in charges one yet my payments are not allocated. This consultant has no customer service she cannot even provide the month when the account was supposedly not paid because her "system froze" I was ony banking app trying to retrieve my statement she leans forward and says "Let me have a look" who does that?? Who goes through a client's banking app or statement?? I will never recommend ANYONE to visit that store in Savannah Mall. Customers get ill treated and they expect you to still visit their store and buy their products. I'm really disgusted by the customer service and being accused of not paying an account, if I don't get to it I make arrangements and get my parents to pay yet we're "in arrears".
