MTN Savannah Mall BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Deeply disappointed in the continuous bad service I am receiving from MTN SAVANNAH Mall in Polokwane. The consultants are absolutely rude and have no customer service. Once again my line is cut according to MTN I missed a payment yet I've paid the account @ the savannah mall branch where I received such bad service. I am honestly tired of being treated as if I'm not human and that I am not a paying customer. First it was July is over due now it's October yet I provided all the notifications stating it was paid. Ag nee man, I work in a sales industry and I'd never recommend a a business if this is the type of service and ill treatment one is receiving
