MTN Santon City Shop Number L13B

I have written a review and sent a complaint to MTN before and I still receive the bad service and things are becoming worse.

MTN took my new cellphone to repair they told me I'll get it after 3-4 weeks and today marks the 4th week and when I make a follow up am being told that they haven't assigned a technician as yet on my phone.

Debit order for August went through I do t have a cellphone, September debit order is coming and I do t have a cellphone still.

Guys this matter is getting out of hands I can't tolerate such. I wish to get a permanent solution to this or rather someone authorise that I cancel this contract. Am sick and tired of MTN they treated me like a garbage and I've never disappointed them my debit order for past years were running smoothly.
