MTN & SANTAM INSURANCE

Bad service at MTN ,I have taken a cellphone contract with MTN since last year I paid for a insurance been paying with no problem up until I lost my phone on the 4th of December 2023...I tried to claim on the insurance but then I saw the worst...I was told am not paying they can't see my payments..I sent them proof of payment called day and day out till today I don't have a phone and still paying..I tried to call SANTAM INSURANCE and they said I need to go to MTN...since December till today...I went to different MTN they tell me I need to go to the store I took the contract with..MTN @BRYANSTON(NICOLWAY)...MTN &SANTAM INSURANCE ITS A ****..THEY NOW TELL ME MY CONTRACT HAS INCREASED BUT I DONT HAVE A PHONE...
