Mtn Santam insurance

Bad experience with MTN cellphone contracts and Cellphone insurance Santam

I have been with mtn I don't know for how many years now,without any insurance, so this time around I decided to upgrade and take contract I lost my phone early December I claimed my phone on the 14th of December...can you believe till today I still don't have any feedback they tell me they can't see my last 3 months payments.. I did send it to them,spoke to them via phone till today I haven't received any feedback from them. I called they said I need to send through my proof of payment I did send then after they still told me they can't find it..

Bad service EVER received.....
