1 star because it requires for a review- My score NO STAR! MTN Sandton managed by Nkululeko Thage and David Moipatli DO NOT TAKE UP CONTRACTS WITH THEM... They have been debiting my husband since June'2020 for a contract he does not have- no follow ups to client just name blaming other departments for debits and delays. Feb'21 we were debited cancelation fees of R3 466. numerous escalations they don't follow up. I've posted on MTN FB page nothing complaints -nothing, Executive escalations nothing no response. call centre only the branch in question can resolve such a query. David M:*** and Lesogo Matsie: *** selectively answer calls and ignore our calls. Store Cell:***- all the staff cover up for David and refuse to give to the phone to higher mandate. I escalated Sunday night not one person has called- not with an apology or update. This feels worse that the COVID_19 Plague true... Very frustrating to note that in this day and age we serviced in this manner.. Both my husband and have been MTN contract users for years Never FELT so MIS-TREATED. Its more than just getting this rectified..
