MTN SANDTON CITY IS THE WORST. THEY REFUSEVTO CANCEL MY ROUTER SINCE MAY 2024

Mtn Sandton city is the worst. I have since given notice to cancel my router on the 23rd of March 2024, but to this day the account is still active. I have been going to the store almost every week trying to have them cancel this, but have gotten no joy. Last week I was again at the store and the store manager said he will help resolve this, but yesterday when I went back to the store he refused to see me saying that he is busy. The account is still active and destroying my credit record because I have to keep reversing it. Can MTN cancel this because I gave adequate notice and don't owe them anything. I will never buy anything from that store ever again and will make sure my friends don't fall for the same trap, because the last day I was at the store there were two other people with a similar problem. Such bad service MTN Sandton City.
