MTN Sandton City

What shocking service at a flagship mall. My wife signed up a new contract on Saturday. We made arrangements to collect the handsets in 4ways mall as they did not have the required stock and I have mobility issues and its difficult for me to get back to Sandton. The store did not have internet the while is Tuesday (better connection ?) So or application was delayed. I called the store everyday since (i me an why would the store contact us right). This morning im told the phones ar e ready for collection at Sandton. The consultant who helped us is on leave and made no arrangements with Fourways branch. After speaking to 2 consultants and Asst mngr im nowhere near a solution. The asst mngr is too busy to rwturn my call as they are understaffed and busy. Shocking really
