MTN Samuel Tsiame - The Silent Warrior of Insolence

MTN Samuel Tsiame is one of the rudest individuals i've ever dealt with. I don't know if he has been trained to be insolent or it was just his upbringing. I would rather speak to a telkom Shift Manager than this RUDE fellow.

He interrupts you whenever you try to talk. you keep quiet to make sure he is done then after the silence you start and he will immediately butt in and talk. i eventually lost it and told him to shutup and let his customer talk. so after i told him I have not had a phone for 2 months that is upgraded under warranty and what is happening he then doesnt talk. i ask him again and silence. after 30 seconds or so of silence i demand he answer me so he tells me that i told him to be quiet.

insolent or stupid? possibly both.
