MTN // Samsung TV Promo - Non Delivery

<p>I upgraded my data contract at the beginning of the month which included a TV. Customer Care Agent does not come back to inform when TV will be delivered. Waiting now for 2 - 3 weeks to get everything concluded. The number upgraded on is ********** . I saw an email between MTN and I assume Samsung with a ref no. ********** in the subject line. The Customer Care agent's name is Sifiso Sikosana. MTN is trying to get answers from this person which I believe is a customer care agent from Samsung.</p>
