MTN & Samsung South AFrica are useless

I signed an upgrade and got a Samsung Galaxy A54 G5 from MTN.

The phone lasted about 2 weeks then would only charge intermittently. It would start charging and then stop charging - or at least give the impression it was charging when it was not.

MTN did not replace it but sent it off to be checked. TWO MONTHS LATER I get my phone back and they say it was fixed.

It was not fixed.

Despite learning from tricks for Youtube in terms of Develper Setting and such - the phone is still unreliable.

Shame on you MTN and Samsung (despite me being a loyal customer to both of you for years).
