Mtn - Samsung promotion.

In September I upgraded my contract and got a Samsung note 10, which I was promised came with complimentary Samsung buds. However, I was told that I can only claim them on 15 October. Almost a month later I am still not able to get them. I have called the store several times only to be told that the Samsung person is not available to assist. This is false advertising! And ***** . Samsu8and Mtn need to make good on this promo.
