MTN, Samsung NOTE 4
I had a Samsung S4 previously with MTN and needed to upgrade so I upgraded to a Note 4 also Samsung. my first phone went in for repairs 4 times and returned still not repaired. My new phone I received en January 2015 this year and its not working , email, contacts and facebook stopped working. All that mtn says is that it needs to be sent in to them. well they keep it for about 4 weeks <br> <br> This is not acceptable fro me at all. but I don't seem to get any kind of response anywhere. I do expect a new phone from either Samsung or MTN <br> <br> Regards<br>

Kindly note that you will need to get the device booked in for a warranty assessment to be done before any decisions can be made by us (MTN) or Samsung.
We will suggest that you book in the device as a warranty assessment and request the consultant in the store to log a USD request for the booking to be prioritized.
