MTN Samsung Gear Rewards

I have now bought a Samsung Galaxy S9 that supposedly comes with the Ger Fit 2 Pro and was told to CLAIM for the device once I have the device up and running. Well its up and running but there is no where to claim for it?

Samsung is not very useful in the sense that where they tel you to go and claim it in the Samsung Pay its not possible. There is no option for it.

MTN I expect a call in the next 24 hours to get this matter resolved. Advertising a product and selling it under false pretenses.
