MTN Samsung Galaxy A33 phone repairs

Upgraded on contract July 2023 to the new Samsung Galaxy A33 phone. November 2023 the camera function failed. Gave phone to MTN Kolonnade Montana Pretoria to send away for repairs on 1 December 2022. Now, 2 months later, still not done and not repaired. No service from the shop. No calls and no feedback on how far the repair is. Paying on contract for a phone which I do not have. Manager never available at shop. NO support and NO compensation and NO service from MTN or the shop.
