MTN/ SAMSUNG FALSE ADVERTISING

If I could give no stars I would.

I have been with MTN for +- 15yrs. Every second year when I upgrade there is a different problem.

So I upgraded as usual at the end of Nov 2025. There was a special advertised online with MTN/ Samsung for a device/ earpods and smart watch. upon deliver I only received a device. I contacted the MTN branch in Cape Gate (because on the call centre numbers you never reach a human) I was advised to login to Samsung members to claim. this was not stated or advised anywhere when I upgraded. Nevertheless, I tried to do so, and my claim was rejected as the delivery statement was dated the 8th of Dec 2025 eventhough the request was put through in November. They (Samsung) advised the special was over.

No where was any of this communicated, no response received on numerous emails sent to MTN.

This was clearly false advertising on the part of MTN, and they are just ignoring my emails.
