MTN & SAMSUNG - **** promo!!

MTN & SAMSUNG - it has been almost two years since I upgraded my package with the promo that says I should have received a R500 takealot voucher - to this day I am still waiting on the voucher! What a load of *******. I will not be using MTN or SAMSUNG again when I upgrade, and neither will anyone in my family! They say we have contacted the client - is that an automated button that you push and then never get back to the client!!
