MTN Samsung A20 Faulty handset

After being with MTN for almost 10years I am utterly dissatisfied and are concidering to cancel my contract. My phone died a number of times within the first 6 months of upgrading. The phone Samsung A20. It's finally gave in again after just receiving it back for the 3rd time. MTN took the screen protector off it initially came with. Regardless to say the phone fell and gad a little Crack on the screen. It still worked perfectly until either the battery or charging input gave in a month later.

On my return to the store I was told that it doesnt matter how I spin it I will have to pay for any repair because There is a sign of physical damage and that voids the warrantee. I told the store assistant That there is nothing wrong with the display and that the phone does not want to charge. Needles to say I wasn't assisted and left very dissatisfied after receiving ONLY attitude from the store.

Anyone shoulf please be careful and consider every possibility before becoming an MTN customer.
