MTN Sales/Mondo - false debit orders and no help in getting my money back :(

I was in the midst of buying Wifi through MTN - all went well til the delivery guy came through and left with the item as no OTP was issued to me - I am now being debitted for something that is apprently cancelled on their side.

No one has bothered to respond to me after making several visits to MTN and chatting to consultances
