MTN Sales with a lack of execution

After sales service is despicable

I had taken up a contract renewal in October 2023, however my full allocation of minutes and data as per the invoice/ contract has never been allocated correctly .

Mutiple calls have been logged with no avail, about time I take my business elsewhere
