I am utterly disgusted in your sales service. I am helping my elderly father to get a new router and WIFI through MTN. IT was done online on the 24th. A no -reply email was sent with a reference number ***3 which said an agent will contact him soon to finalise the deal. On the 25th no agent contacted him. An email was sent to ***. they said that the online application was not yet registered we should phone *** and talk to sales. Every time they said an agent will phone.

Do you not want the business????

My dad is in Lambertsbay and the device needs to be delivered?
