MTN SALES ******** CUSTOMERS TO MIGRATE TO BIGGER PACKAGES!!!!! LIE LIE LIE & *****ING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

MTN is absolutely the worst i have ever dealt with! Their Sales Department is complete ********!

A lady, Melisha Nair phoned me on 2021/02/25 from the MTN Sales Department where she said MTN is busy with customer migrations at the moment and she will migrate me to the MTN Mega Talk L package for only R 1,199.00 per month - Of which i was going to pay less each month - Currently i am paying R 1,319.00 per month for my MTN Package.

Melisha N. further more said that i will now get more minutes and 3G Data on this new package that they will be migrating me on - I was so happy and very impressed how MTN treats their customers.

Now, 16 March 2021 i receive my statement and invoice and i noticed that MTN billed me R 1,603.00 for March 2021 for this new so-called package that was migrated.

I had a look on the invoice and noticed that there are pro-rata fees however - Taking that in consideration I AM STILL PAYING MORE THAN WHAT I WAS PROMISED AND 'SOLD' from MTN - Melisha Nair!!!!!

I phoned MTN probably 10-times now today and NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME!!!!

MTN SALES APPROACH LATELY IS TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS AND PROMISING ALL THESE WONDERFUL MTN CELLULAR PACKAGES JUST FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO AGREE TO MIGRATE - THEN TO CHARGE THEM SO MUCH MORE !!!! THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE LIE JUST TO GET THE SALE PITCH!!!!!

I want to revert back to my old package - AND I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR THIS AS THIS IS ABSOLUTE LUDICROUS!!!!!!
