MTN sales ****

I am currently in a contract with mtn, recently was called by mtn salesperson to give me a better package deal than the one I am currently on, only to find out that what they sold to me is none existing and I am not on the package that I ddnt opt for. When I try n call and email customer care they are giving me run arounds and that they won't be able to assist me hence 10days has passed. Now I am paying more and worse for the package that I ddnt even agree to. Please assist me i can't afford to be paying for this package for the next coming 24months.
