MTN sales lies

I was called by tele sales agent (agent) who sold me a home internet router, she said it will be unlimited then I agreed to my surprise when I RICA the sim I asked the store agent to check who much data will I receive she confirmed its 100GB month. Am so disappointed I asked to cancel contract because it's not want I wanted she advised of the process, when I called customer care the agent who assisted me was so clueless of what she was doing she give me two numbers to call for to call for Mellisa Pillar (which number rings without answer) and Saliva who's number does not go through. Then yesterday I called again and spoke to one of the agent who gave me another numbers *** and *** which both does not exist.

I want this number *** contract to be cancelled immediately, I will not pay so something I cannot use, as now I do not have router and sim card me I returned to the Vodacom shop (IRMS***)
