MTN Sales is a joke

So... More then a week gone by and MTN is messing up my delivery of cell. All because of a cell number of which they can send sms's but call a different number. DSV cannot deliver anything because of this... So speaking the entire South African sales force for MTN nobody can assist me. Tomorrow will more 2 weeks and yet my cell phone is not delivered. I would properly need to go to manufactures of the the cell phone and collect it myself... As both DSV and MTN cannot solve anything. Best part of all the amount of call backs promised is a joke yet no Teamleader or Manager is available to update there system to allow the delivery of my device that I will be paying for... Guys I will just stop paying for all my devices with MTN and start disputing all my payments for the past year since that will be the only why to reward myself with something.
