MTN Sales Department Is Terrible!

MTN...Your Sales Department is Absolutely Shocking!!Useless to say the Least!!We app**** For an Additional Contract 7 days ago..Recieved a Confirmation email with a Reference Number which doesnt even exist according to Their Customer Service Department..Not Even A follow up call or an Sms...The last Call I made to Mtn I was Told to just wait for Feedback...Your Service Standards Have now been Reduced To Dirt!! Could Someone From Mtn please contact me to assist.***
