MTN SALES AGENTS MISLEADING CUSTOMERS INTO CONTRACTS

An MTN sales agent called and **** to me with regards to upgrading my contract. I now have to pay more and they downgraded my contract and MTN is trying to protect this sales agent.

Like why must you protect agents that give out false information to your customers on record?
