MTN **** SALES AGENTS

In October some MTN sales agent called me me to tell me that my 40gig a month data account its due for renewal and would like to renew it with the same benefits of 40 gig per month but tariff will increase by R8 which i agreed only to learn this month that she renewed my contract with decreased 8 gig package. When i called MTN expressing my frustration as i now don't have data, the response its either being laughed at by agents, if my call happen to land at the sales department all they will do is to try to strike a deal with me for a new contract other than rectifying the problem. That's how shred and inconsiderate they are. I have have logged a query with them with reference REQ*** which is perpetually open and no one seems to care about it. As it is i am stark in festive season, no data no nothing and i am told that all i can do is to wait for my circle date which in essence is to say my query is not going to resolve and MTN careless about me being stark until the 12th even if its their fault. Strange enough, no one at MTN ever bothered to listened to the recorded call done by the sales agent to mislead me or rather lie to me. I have suggested this to them several times so that they establish the facts of what i am talking about but no one seems to be interested which makes me conclude that there is concerted effort to protect her for reasons that i can only privately suspect.

It looks like this practice of ****ming clients is not frowned upon at MTN and looks like its promoted/protected as it might be generating some revenue. If it was frowned upon this query would have been attended and the sales agent taken upon for task for this clear unprofessional and *****ulent activities that surely damages the reputation of MTN.
