MTN sale gone wrong

I received a marketing call for a modem and a lot of data. My son pay around R1000 extra just for data each month. So I specifically request that it must be something that he can take with him. First I requested just the sim but was said it only work with the modem. So I asked will he be able to take it with him to work. We have fibre at home. He need something when it is loadshedding and when he is away from home. It was promised it is a modem he can put in his pocket. Then the package arrived. A router!!! I called and received a REF: RCO 353655 on the 23rd of February 2023. As concillation they offered the same amount of data but now directly to my son's phone number due to the incorrect sale that was done. I accepted and since the systems were slow, he would get back to me. Never received a call. The package was collected on the 6 of March 2023 Parcel ID M777WR136A***BEE2. On 13 March I phoned MTN again and the person said that the team who work with resolutions will call me back the same day. Yes no one phoned. So on Monday the 20th again I phoned. Now aparently they are still waiting for the confirmation that the package was received. Well I had enough!!! In the meantime my son needs more data and no one until this date could solve this matter or provide me with feedback or a solution to this matter. MTN your service is the poorest of poor. I am waiting for your offer in return.
