MTN worst telecommunications providers in SA!! Reported a ****** phone on 16/09, still waiting for my ITC number, was promised a response between 2-24 hours. No response, phoned again on 17/09, had to go through the whole process again... And still no response. After supporting you for more than 20 years, thinking of moving to another service provider.
