MTN SA Worst Service Provider

My sister passed away early this year and numerous emails and calls were made to MTN for her contract to be closed. To my surprise we were told that 7000 had to be paid which was done. We had thought that this would settle the account and close it but their *********** call center still has the account active and yet their legal department has the nerve to send us emails saying the account still owed. This is by far the worst service from such a huge service provider. Show that *********** people are hired and the client is the one that has to carry the cost.
