MTN SA with the bull**** service on contract customers

Since 19th of August I haven't been able to purchase data or voice minutes for my contract number inapp and ussd. Called customer service day in day our their rude agents keeps offering empty promises. I can't wait for this **** contract to end😡😡😡😡😡😡
