MTN SA - We Pride Ourselves In Unprofessionalism!

My 75 year old father and I received a very bad experience with MTN SA. My father app**** for porting mobile number from Vodacom SA to MTN SA at MTN Maponya Mall. He was taken from pillar to post for a period of two weeks. I then decided to finally call MTN Porting Department ***) and spoke to two different agents, a lady and a gentleman. I can't remember the lady's name; howbeit I do remember the gentleman's name (Isaka). We got the help we needed; however I need not forget the coldness, uninterested and inhospitable the agents sounded. Isaka was the worst!!
