MTN SA SUCKS

I opened a data contract with MTN in April 2020, and had nothing but problems right from the start. When I got the sim, it still wasn't activated, I had to wait 2 more weeks for that. About 2 months ago, I realised that I wasn't getting the full ammount of data that I app**** for (the sim is in a wifi ****le) and immediately logged a ticket. I followed up after about 2 days and tje response was that it takes 3-5 WORKING DAYS to sort out a query. Since then every time I do a follow up its the same old story over and over. MTN has very poor service and I wil NEVER recommend them for anyone else.
