🚨 MTN SA STOLE MY MONEY & IGNORED ME FOR 3 MONTHS! 🚨

@MTNza has been running me in circles for 3 MONTHS, refusing to cancel my contract and overcharging me. Then, 3 DAYS AGO, they *******LY deducted R4,999 from my account—without notice, without explanation—and have ignored my emails since.

I signed up for a Month-to-Month plan (NO commitments, cancel anytime). MTN kept overcharging me, giving me different excuses each time. I tried to return the router, but their store refused to take it without a “proof of delivery” (which they sent me). I’ve been passed between 8 agents, none of whom could resolve this. I received multiple emails confirming my service was “cancelled,” yet MTN still took R4,999 from my account on March 5th. I reported this to @ICASA_org, but there is still no response. @FNBSA, I have disputed the transaction. How do I block MTN from taking more unauthorized money?
