MTN_SA start to ***** for clients

Due to Covid19, mtn_rsa start to ***** customers money. You pay you contract account, you call them and email them but they still tell you that your account is in errors.

They block your line then when you call them, they say email prove of payments again.. How can I email prove of payment while you closed my phone?
